Understanding Your Chakras - Astrology.com
This little article is a great way to understand the mind/body relationship using astrology as a tool for self-help and conscious awareness. This is very good reference material to print out and follow the transiting planets through the natal chart. Currently Jupiter and Uranus are about to conjunct so according to Vedic astrology the 1st and 2nd chakras are being stressed on karmic and physical levels, meaning growth (reproduction) and fertility with security and roots or home. Once we are aware of the "area of stress in the body and its meaning" we can focus attention to release blocks in that region and to use healing, clearing and balancing tools, such as yoga, chanting, tuning forks, and pressure points to realign the mind/body with the cosmic tune.

Meditation for the March Full Moon 2010
The March Full Moon occurs 9 degree Libra/Aries on March 29th 2010. Libra and Aries are cardinal signs that balance our projection of self and our needs in relationship. Awakening Intuition
The Sun is conjunct Jupiter at 10 degree Pisces during the Full Moon, exact on Sunday Feb 28th 11:38 AM EST. This influence expands our search for meaning, truth and ethical value. Jupiter, ruler of heaven sparks our need to know and learn more about our relationship to the universe and the world around us.
Pisces/Virgo polarity integrates the infinite with the finite. The parts come together with the whole. This is a healing influence that requires we let go and let god.
Pisces is ruled by Neptune making us very sensitive to subtle energy and increasing intuition, imagination and spirituality. When the Sun is in Pisces we are very open to sound healing as well as psychic transmission and spirit communication.

Chinese New Year & Aquarius New Moon
The Chinese New Year & the Aquarius New Moon occur on Valentine's Day, Feb 14th 2010. This is the year of the Metal Tiger considered protective, assertive, quick witted, courageous and strongly independent. Chinese New Year is are based on the Jupiter 12 year cycle. Jupiter is the planet of growth, prosperity, belief, humor and our search for meaning, truth and ethical value. Jupiter, now at 6 degree Pisces is well placed and is sitting with Venus, planet of love, understanding, beauty and cooperation. This influence increases intuition, empathy, compassion and our sense of unity. This is a perfect combination for Valentines Day!!

This is a time to light up your blind side and see what has been hidden.

Science meditation and mind merge
Ken Wilber has been talking about consciousness growth through meditation in his work on Kosmic Consciousness and science now has discovered the areas of the brain that expand our awareness to non-dual unity consciousness, spirituality on a fast track, maybe getting ready for 2012 :)

truth comes from direct knowledge
The universe is a creative place and so are you. The creative mind accepts itself as part of the universe. This is your true spirit and it never dies. When you accept the universe you open to it and you realize that it was always there but you have to open your awareness to it. When we open our awareness to the universe infinite potential can be tapped.
Truth comes from direct knowledge
Awareness is built on direct personal experience by observing and feeling the essence of the subtle planetary influences. You can learn the different vibrational frequencies of the planets by feeling them come through your mind, body and spirit. This will translate into self-knowledge and increased awareness because you will learn the positive and negative virtues related to the planetary forces of which those forces are also inside of you. As we grow in awareness we begin to gain the power of conscious choice and choose to express the positive virtues of the energies that are flowing through us. This leads to the expression of higher consciousness, psychic and spiritual awareness and self-mastery.
Subtle energy practice was known to all the ancient cultures that followed the movement of the stars and planets.
Start by following the Moon around the different signs each month and notice the subtle changes that occur in each sign. The body automatically reflects the natural rhythm of the spheres but its the mind that must reset and align by being receptive to learning from the subtle forces.
